- Your favourite lettuce
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 cucumber
- 15 cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- 4 slices of bacon
- Mini mozzarella
- 3 pickles
- pistachios
Dressing
- 100 g yoghurt
- 5 ml mustard
- 5 ml ketchup
- 10 ml lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- 5 ml honey
- 5 ml (Basil) oil
Steps
- 1Bake the bacon until crispy.
- 2Mix the ingredients for the dressing and leave in the fridge.
- 3Cut all the veggies and mix together.
- 4Add the bacon, dressing and pistachios.
